It starts with patriotism and ends with good business sense. Hero Hiring is nothing new at The Original Log Cabin Homes. Its veteran employees go all the way back to service in World War II
"Our veteran employees throughout the years are consistently in the top tier of job performance because they know how to compete and win" says Log Cabin President Ernest Vesce.
Vesce goes on to say, "Their discipline and commitment to train and perform sets an example to all of our non-veteran employees. The privilege and honor to work together with veterans makes Log Cabin Homes a better company".

In 2006 to 2007, Michael successfully passed the most physically demanding phase of training as a Special Forces Soldier (SFAS). He was deployed to Afghanistan and served from April 2009 to June 2010.
SPC Michael J. Donatelli was cited "For commendable service while serving as an airborne infantry team leader for Bravo Company in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His expertise, initiative and professional abilities contributed significantly to the success of the unit's mission. His outstanding performance of duty reflects great credit upon himself, Bravo Company, Task Force Gladius, combined Task Force-82 and The United States Army".
