Each of our representatives have successfully achieved their customer service certification according to the standards set forth by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
This certification is made up of many different training courses including; Telephone Etiquette, Trust & Rapport Building, Active Listening Skills, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Communications Strategies, Business Email Etiquette.
