the L. L. Bean Flagship Store in Freeport, Maine. |
When I travel, I generally like to visit Original Log Cabin Homes sites, tour the surrounding and most importantly meet and "break bread" with the people who make it all possible, our customers.
I was able to achieve it all on my recent trip to Freeport, Maine.
The Casco Bay coastline is one of the most beautiful places in America. The local food was outstanding and the lobster was the very best.
I also spent much time at the L.L. Bean flagship store shopping, yes shopping. That is another thing I like to do when I travel, sometimes too much.
I like how the economy works there and have seen first hand that it is a good place to live and work.
I would like to thank the folks at the L.L. Bean Corporate Offices for their warm hospitality and to have my own, up and coming, "Jim Cantore" moment like he does on the Weather Channel. |
